Compare each metric to the prior month. Identify what improved, what stalled, and what broke. Look for patterns — which leads are converting, which stage has the biggest drop-off, where the bottleneck is in the funnel.
Make the changes — update GBP photos and posts, fix any broken workflow steps, adjust message timing or copy based on what's working, refine CTAs that aren't converting. Then send you a plain-English summary of what was changed and what to expect next month.
